Exchange and Return Policy - Colors

In order to ensure the satisfaction of our customers at Alwanoh Original Honey Store , all purchases are eligible for return, exchange, and cancellation according to the following conditions:


1. Return and exchange period:

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of the order receipt date.
  • If the product is defective or does not conform to specifications, it can be returned within 10 days of the date of receipt.


2. Return and exchange conditions:

  • The product must be in its original condition, securely closed, with all its accessories and original packaging.
  • Do not use, damage, or remove the safety seal.
  • Do not tamper with the product or remove the serial numbers.
  • Do not remove the labels or original packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when it was received.


3. Cases in which the product cannot be returned:

  • Submit a return request 3 days after the date of receipt (or 10 days in case of a defect).
  • Product use, damage, or non-compliance with the condition received.
  • Removing the safety sticker or tampering with the product.
  • Products that have been used or consumed.
  • Products that have been tampered with or had their serial numbers removed.
  • Products that are without their labels, or original packaging.


4. Shipping costs:

  • In case of return or exchange due to a product defect or non-compliance with specifications, the store will bear the shipping costs.
  • In other cases, the customer bears the shipping costs.
  • If an order is cancelled after it has left our warehouses and before it reaches the customer, the amount will be refunded to the customer minus the shipping fees. After the product is returned to our warehouses, the amount will be refunded in the same way it was paid for, including cases of free shipping.


5. Refund:

  • The refund will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned product, using the same original payment method.
  • In the event of a defect in the product or if it does not conform to specifications, the product value plus shipping costs will be refunded.

  • Please contact customer service to submit a return or exchange request.
  • Proof of purchase must be provided when requesting a return or exchange.
  • The money will be refunded to your bank account within 14 business days.
